Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may update shipping prices from time to time based on carrier rates and fulfilment costs.

Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

Delivery service and estimated delivery times

Orders are shipped using Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates only. After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days, but timings can vary due to courier delays, weather, peak periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, we’ll provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping.

Missing or delayed orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us at support@panareapizza.com with your order number and we’ll help investigate with the courier.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please see our Refund Policy and contact us within (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the item and packaging.
